  • Developing and implementing commercial offers, sales program of OTT products across sales channels in line with OTT target and content roadmaps
  • Initiating new development of alternative sales channels, new way of selling OTT products to maximize consumer reach
  • Updating main market evolution and trends in OTT domain and adapting into OTT commercial plans/strategies to capture opportunities or addressing threats
  • Data mining from consumer analysis, product analysis and distribution analysis to factor in performance improvement actions
  • Collaborating with global team to benchmark and define the OTT’s best practices across markets to effectively apply into local reality
  • Working closely with Internal team especially Communication, Marketing and Product & Service teams… to exchange market inputs to support develop communication campaign & product roadmap with match with market demand and dynamics
  • Leading a competent, committed and confident workforce that consistently meets or exceed performance expectations.
  • Ensuring effective management of an approved budget, timely reporting, forecasting
  • Responsible to ensure the assigned team to achieve all set sales target and KPIs.
  • University degree, major in Commerce, Business management, Information Technology…
  • At least 5 years of work experiences in sales management position. Sales experiences in high-tech industry or in digital platforms or OTT is preferred
  • Good market’s knowledge. Strong analytical skills on market/competitors
  • Strong management & leadership skills
  • Dynamic, Positive mindset
  • Ability to identify opportunities for product/process based on technology trends.
  • Understand the needs and gaps of sales teams and work with sales leadership with the goal of adoption and proficiency.
