  • Plan and implement the multi-channel communication campaigns throughout the year (both ATL and BTL through diversified media – TV, digital, PR, OOH, POSM …)
    • Detailed brief to the agencies (creative agency, media agency, PR agency)
    • Work closely with the agencies to get the best campaign concept idea and the most efficient media plan possible
    • Monitor production of KV and TVC (shooting or internal production) and roll-out of media plan
    • Monitor closely the campaign performance with media agency and suggest the needed adjustments if needed
    • Analyse the final results and find out the key learnings to always improve
  • Manage yearly strategic plan and budget (+ monthly follow-up)
  • Manage closely the relationship with the agencies to get the most of our cooperation
  • Work closely with other departments (Commercial, Production team…) to enhance cooperation and synergies
  • Manage 2 Communication officers to run all the projects efficiently and on time
  • Bachelor Degree with major in marketing, business, or other relevant fields
  • 7 - 8 years of experience in marketing field and at least 3 years in the management position.
  • Extensive marketing experience in ATL, BTL, brand, trade marketing.
  • Working experiences in television is an advantage.
  • Solid experience in working with international advertising and media agencies
  • High sense of proposal
  • Creative mind. Good sense of business and customer service.
  • Good market’s knowledge. Strong analytical skills on market/competitors
  • Strong skills of coaching/training
  • Budget management skills
  • Strong management & leadership skills
  • Fluent Vietnamese - English spoken and written
  • Well organized and efficient
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good teamwork spirit and independent working ability
