Implement the MyK+ VOD (Video/Content on demand) editorial strategy and vision
Set and update platform-programming framework, censorship.
Utilize analytics to inform and adjust strategy, sharing this information across programming and other teams
Guide relevant stakeholders in indexing the Kplus inventory, such as standardizing genres and other metadata
SCHEDULE, IDEATE & CURATE
Work closely with acquisitions to select/ re-select and schedule their launch dates into the content calendar
Build and maintain monthly editorial & promotional calendar based on new key titles, major holidays/ events, and of-the-moment curation, always finding opportunities to align with Content Marketing/PR & Ad Sales
Review inventory, and coordinate content optimization across markets (such as ideating banner copy and artwork to maximize content discoverability, or curating a collection to ride on a trending topic/ movie.
Plan the order all the Thumbnails, banners and make sure they are on time and belong to the content.
