Job description:
- SMS sending & report: Proceed SMS target data to send/draft promotion/push SMS as per requests from related Departments, update follow-up reports with breakdowns of SMS type and target status
- Cooperate with Accounting team to support customers in renewing subscription by bank transfer, in invoice request
- Support customers in renewal errors on all renewal channels
- Receiving customers and receving calls from customers if any
- Prepare payment request documents all service of CCD and follow up the signature process of the documents
- Support testing of promotion mechanism on subscription management system (CGA) and all renewal channels
- Other tasks as per request
- Bachelor of Art/ Foreign language/ Marketing/ Business Administration
- Customer service oriented, and problem solving skills
- Skills in using MS Word & Excel
- Flexible, careful, proactive
- Verbal and written communication skills in English is an advantage
