Directly report to the Senior Product and Renewal Marketing Manager; and be in functional interaction with the Responsible of Renewal Marketing in Paris; the Renewal Marketing Specialist will be in charge of
  • Proactively designing and building renewal promotion or marketing actions and in close cooperation with the Customer Care Dept., Commercial Dept., IT, Marketing, Program in order to increase renewal (consumption) rate and subscribers’ loyalty.
Business Challenges: renewal rate, renewal rate of ended subscribers, ARPU;
  • Designing and putting in place the renewal marketing 3600 action plans in order to keep and retain subscriber and increase subscription consumption.
  • Analyzing the business impacts of the different renewal campaigns in order to increase renewal rate and subscribers' loyalty;
  • Get fully understanding on subscriber behavior in term of content demand, subscription consumption habit…in order to implement a proper action to increase subscriber base  
  • Deployment of new payment method (direct debit, mobile payment, bank payment, QR code, e-wallet.…)  in order to provide the most convenient payment methods for customer
  • University graduated, major in Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial or Business Administration; 
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or sales;
  • Experience in leading operational marketing in prepaid subscription business model (example: Pay TV, Telecom, …);
  • Strong sense of marketing;
  • Solid experience in working with international advertising agencies;
  • Experience in customer marketing;
  • Customer orientation (subscriber and prospect);
  • Budget management skills;
  • Excellent management and leadership skills;
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written); Ability to communicate in French is an advantage;
