DUTIES:
  • Implement sales activities per plan on the Key Accounts to achieve the sales target
  • Follow-up & push the sales activities (in-out) at Key Accounts as assigned
  • Negotiate long term contractual agreements with Key Account Retailers to gain competitive advantage both in terms of visibility and also in terms of business terms.
  • Organize and monitor the implementation of elements of trade promotions (merchandisers / agency sales promotion). Define and implement Point of Sales (POS) tools and Subscribers Information on POS
  • Coordinate with Marketing Department for development of promotions and marketing tools of Key Accounts. Coordinate with Regional Sales team do drive sales-out.
  • Build relationship building and maintain excellent relations with key existing customers and develop business relations with new ones to promote opportunities for further and long-term business.
  • Coordinate in recruiting, training & coaching the sales team in charge and its performance to meet the target and the current and long term needs of the department.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • University graduated, major in Business school and management or Commercial 
  • 2 years of sales experiences in modern trade channel
  • Sales experience in electronics/hi tech sector would be an advantage
  • Strong skills of negotiation with buyers
  • Strong digital marketing background and experience
  • High sense of proposals. Sales-oriented mind
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Owning customer is a must-have skill
