Implement sales activities per plan on the Key Accounts to achieve the sales target
Follow-up & push the sales activities (in-out) at Key Accounts as assigned
Negotiate long term contractual agreements with Key Account Retailers to gain competitive advantage both in terms of visibility and also in terms of business terms.
Organize and monitor the implementation of elements of trade promotions (merchandisers / agency sales promotion). Define and implement Point of Sales (POS) tools and Subscribers Information on POS
Coordinate with Marketing Department for development of promotions and marketing tools of Key Accounts. Coordinate with Regional Sales team do drive sales-out.
Build relationship building and maintain excellent relations with key existing customers and develop business relations with new ones to promote opportunities for further and long-term business.
Coordinate in recruiting, training & coaching the sales team in charge and its performance to meet the target and the current and long term needs of the department.
REQUIREMENTS:
University graduated, major in Business school and management or Commercial
2 years of sales experiences in modern trade channel
Sales experience in electronics/hi tech sector would be an advantage
Strong skills of negotiation with buyers
Strong digital marketing background and experience
