Job duties:
 
  • Develop new Key Account Partners such as Mobile World, FPT, Hoang Ha, Viettel….
  • Develop & sustain solid relationships as well as manage business growth with Key Accounts
  • Address & resolve Key Accounts’ complaints
  • Act as the main point of contact between Key Accounts and internal teams
  • Communicate & coordinate with Marketing Department for development of promotions and marketing tools of Key Accounts.
  • Negotiate long term contractual agreements with Key Accounts to gain competitive advantage both in terms of visibility and also in terms of business terms
 
Job requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, sales or related field
  • Proven experience in key account management in the IT/Telecom/CE sector
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
