Develop new Key Account Partners such as Mobile World, FPT, Hoang Ha, Viettel….
Develop & sustain solid relationships as well as manage business growth with Key Accounts
Address & resolve Key Accounts’ complaints
Act as the main point of contact between Key Accounts and internal teams
Communicate & coordinate with Marketing Department for development of promotions and marketing tools of Key Accounts.
Negotiate long term contractual agreements with Key Accounts to gain competitive advantage both in terms of visibility and also in terms of business terms
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, sales or related field
Proven experience in key account management in the IT/Telecom/CE sector
The ability to build rapport with key clients
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Good planning and organization skills
Excellent communication skills
