OTT Integration Engineer

ROLE:

• The OTT Technical Integration engineer works under OTT projects, based on the defined solution to integrate backend systems, including test new service, features and capabilities, before the is launched and support, trouble shoot and correct the systems when it is in operations. The role will recommend & implement the improvements of the solution of the OTT services.
• Reporting line:  Products & Services Director

DUTIES:

• Integrate back-end system based on specified requirements and solution, including:
  • Understand the business requirements and high level solution
  • Define the integration architecture and solution, specification
  • Setting up the connections, configurations
  • Require light coding skill or script writing
• Test new services, features; and/or capabilities before putting any new service or feature in to operation:
  • Build the test cases against requirements
  • Perform the test and report the result
• Support operations:
  • Support the operation team in trouble shooting of any bug raised after launch
  • Error correction
• Document the tasks, activities, and solutions under his/her own implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Vietnamese national.
• University degree; major in IT Network/ Technology / Network / Video Processing.
• Proven record of working independence through successful and high value projects.
• At least 03 years of experience in integrating front end and back end on service-based infrastructure or in a complex network and service environment.
• At least 02 years of Video streaming over internet, OTT platform or similar experience.
• Integration & trouble shooting skills of an end-to-end network and services.
• Experience with working with international systems and partners.
• Very good communication skills (English, written and spoken)
• Can work overtime and/or out of office hours

REMUNERATION:

• Attractive base salary with full paid insurance in line with labor law, monthly incentive salary, Gras Savoye health care insurance.
• 13-month salary, 14 annual leave days
