Applicant privacy policy
- Data collection is the record and archival by VSTV’s system of information given by applicants during their application to VSTV.
- Data collection is to manage, contact and select candidates who fit VSTV’s recruitment requirements.
- Scope of data collection includes full name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address and working experience of applicants.
- VSTV shall bear no responsibility and shall not settle any complaints and disputes in case where data provided by applications is falsified, incorrect, inaccurate, or out-of-date.
- VSTV shall be responsible for protecting the Applicants’ personal data in accordance with the laws and may provide their information to competent State authorities and/or as provided by the laws.
- VSTV may use the Applicants’ contact information to send the Applicants emails or notices relating to job opportunities in VSTV and during their application process.
- The receipt of notices about job opportunities in VSTV shall not incur costs for the Applicants.
Data collected shall be kept for a period in compliance with the laws or until such data still satisfies the above-mentioned purpose and scope of use.

6. Security of personal data
- Once the Applicants submit their application on VSTV’s website, protection and security of their data (including personal information, application process, etc.) shall be VSTV’s top priority.
- VSTV undertakes not to transfer, provide, or copy to any third party for any purpose out of the mentioned scope of use.
- VSTV may disclose the Applicants’ personal information or application process if required to do so by competent State authorities or relevant organizations in accordance with the laws.
